It also reminds me of the &lt;a href=&quot;http://avvoblog.com/2007/06/14/defending-avvo%e2%80%99s-right-to-provide-information-and-guidance-to-consumers/&quot;&gt;lawyers rating site that&#039;s been hit with lawsuits&lt;/a&gt;. I don&#039;t really know much about the allegedly defamatory reviews in either case but here&#039;s hoping that honest reviews, accurate reviews get through.</description>

This is actually becoming more of a problem though.  For instance, while not with bloggers exactly, it is a similar situation:

There are various other cases like that and I&#039;d expect more of them to be available for those inclined to do a Lexis search.
